: SAP TM Consultant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with over 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP TM solutions. The candidate should have strong domain knowledge in logistics and transportation, and hands-on experience with SAP TM modules including planning, execution, and freight settlement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP TM implementation and support projects across various industries.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure SAP TM modules including transportation planning, carrier selection, freight order management, and charge calculation.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and external systems.
• Design and optimize transportation processes including order management, route planning, and freight settlement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics execution.
• Conduct workshops, training, and UAT sessions with business users.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP TM.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes.
• Experience with TM functionalities such as planning, execution, freight units, freight orders, and charge management.
• Integration experience with SAP ERP (SD/MM) and EWM.
• Hands-on experience with TM optimizer and BRF+.
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and TM analytics.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP TM certification.
• Experience with embedded TM in S/4HANA.
• Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country transportation scenarios.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
