We're Hiring | SAP Testing Lead / SAP Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Testing Lead / Test Manager to lead end-to-end SAP testing activities across large-scale implementations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, testing governance, and multi-module SAP experience.

Role HighlightsDefine and execute SAP testing strategy and test plans (Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT)Lead and manage SAP test teams, ensuring quality standards and timely deliveryOversee test execution, defect management, and test cycle governanceEnsure test coverage across SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, EWM, PP)Act as the primary testing SPOC for stakeholders and project leadershipManage testing tools (SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Jira, TestRail)Support test automation initiatives (Worksoft, Tosca, UFT, etc.)Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, GDPR requirementsDrive go-live readiness, quality sign-off, and post-go-live validation
