We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. What you\'ll create and do As an Senior Associate in our Application Evolution Services (AES) practice, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve post-implementation support issues and enhancements for SAP applications with your ABAP and Fiori experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop SAP solutions to meet the business needs Lead and coordinate development of functional and technical specifications Collaborate with functional leads and consultants of various processes and modules in S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba or other SAP applications Lead system integration testing working closely with clients in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user\'s lack of experience Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users Work with clients, business users, legacy IT team and third party organizations integrating with SAP applications Plan, manage, report and communicate deliverables of your workstream Identify and mitigate risks that impact work in your workstream Support the Incident, Problem, Change and Release management processes as required What you\'ll bring to this role An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work. Proven experience of 6+ years in SAP ABAP implementation and support projects Good Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori App development, implementation and configuration Experience interpreting business requirements, identifying problems and opportunities in application integration, solutioning and providing clear recommendations In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP Support project. Unit Testing, Integration Testing User Support activities Exposure to ASAP and other structured ITIL methodologies Regularly interact with the onsite team/client Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client Strong Knowledge in Forms (SAPScript / Smart Forms/Adobe Forms), Reports (ALV / Classical), Interfaces (ALE/IDOC, BAPI), Conversions (LSMW/BDC), Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Spots), Object Oriented ABAP, Workflows (Development, Configuration) Odata ( SAP ODATA Framework, Eclipse IDE and SAP Web IDE, OData service creation and Implementation ) Able to collaborate and communicate with clients with strong interpersonal skills and able to work as a team Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients Able to create technical documentation and training materials for knowledge transfer Agile and ITIL certifications are desirable Education Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications Required Skills Optional Skills Desired Languages Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship No Government Clearance Required No Job Posting End Date January 10, 2024
