Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with a strong focus on SAP hiring to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing SAP professionals across various modules and domains for clients within India.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP and IT roles (technical and functional) in the domestic market Source profiles using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases Screen candidates for technical fitment, interest level, availability, and salary expectations Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations Maintain recruitment trackers and update the hiring pipeline regularly Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

2-5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment with a focus on SAP roles (e.g., SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP HANA,SAP Cutover, OMP Solution Architecte,SAP MDG Architect, SAP FPA Manager, tc.) Excellent understanding of various SAP modules and industry demand Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requirements with tight deadlines Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS systems

Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
