Syniti ADM - Manager
Job Overview

• Having good experience in Data Migration and Syniti ADM,
• Expert level Business Analysis on either of the following SAP modules - FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS.

• Lead the team and guide as per the Project requirements, understanding client requirement.
• Communication with Onsite teams and client personnel
• Drive blueprint sessions with onsite/client teams
• Creation and Maintenance of SAP Data Migration plan, Integration plan & Project plan and Cutover Plan

• Designing appropriate data migration solutions including, where required, transformation routines.
• SAP ECC Data source analysis and profiling to understand whether data will conform to target S/4 system and has data quality issues
• Delivery experience of SAP Migration Cockpit essential- LTMC and customization of LTMOM to add new fields where required.
• Preload and post load validation of migration results, handle dropouts and advise on data cleansing requirements.
• Perform migration dress rehearsals, migration cutover tasks and post go-live support.
• Providing advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advising on appropriate data management strategies and techniques.
• Extensive experience of data management and migration activities in a SAP environment.
• Good to have knowledge in BackOffice CranSoft/DSP/SAP Data Services/other Data Migration tool and additionally integration technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs.
• Implement Data Migration framework as per data migration architecture using Synitis ADM migration capabilities and automated metadata scanning and profiling capabilities.
• Create Technical Specification documents by utilizing Data migration experience and computer program knowledge which will be used in creation of Syniti Migration Job.
• Expert knowledge in SQL query skills, comprehensive understanding of SQL Table structure and an understanding of relational databases.
• data validation exercises of data through SIT, UAT and PROD cut-over.
• Training new recruits on the SAP Migration Toolsets

Positional Requirement
Strong Technical Knowledge on Data Migration and Prior Project Lead experience
Experience: 9 to 14 years of experience
Preferred Skills: Syniti ADM, LTMC,
Preferred Knowledge: SAP Data services, Information Steward, Snaplogic
Professional & Educational Background: B.TECH, B.E.
