This role is a great opportunity for a professional who is eager to progress into a role with end-to-end accountability and responsibility for our CTC process and has the experience in supporting the development of new KPIs, system enhancements, and process automation. Working within the Group Services - Commercial Services Team, you will be:

Key Accountabilities:



Coach and train for the usage of SAP Month end activities for 3rd party sales Manage priority with the support of the business Work on the scope for new needs with IS&T. Work with Business representative and IS&T to understand needs and recommend solutions Daily reconciliation of transactions, investigate discrepancies and find long term solution Validate if the issues/questions are super user one or if we should refer to IS&T. Support and coaching to users for delivery of new functionality Working closely with Master Data Escalate issues that needs higher level resolution Be autonomous and responsible in the execution of its work activities.

Commercial Services team Digital MMP IS&T PAM CSR Sales Logistics Assets.

About you



To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:



A bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience

Industry and domain knowledge and skills

Ability to diagnose issues coming Ability to address the issue to the right group Ability to analyze issue, propose short term/alternative and long-term solution or refer to IS&T to find solutions. Ability to understand and articulate issues that the team is facing including being able to explain in words that will be understood by the team Ability to work in a matrix team environment Using technical and financial knowledge to be able to understand customers' processes/behavior, costs, products/markets and actively discuss value in use matters
