Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Manage and mentor junior professionals.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
