Hiring for SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Payroll-Bangalore
We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ECP solutions and integrating them with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. You'll work closely with global HR and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations within the SAP ecosystem.
?Y> Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and design payroll solutions.
Manage integration between Employee Central (EC) and ECP using standard tools like Business Integration Builder (BIB).
Handle payroll schemas, rules, and configuration of country-specific settings.
Conduct payroll runs, audits, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with SAP support as needed.
Ensure compliance with statutory and legal payroll requirements (India and/or other geographies).
Create documentation, conduct user training, and support UAT activities.
Stay current on SAP ECP updates, releases, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
Deep understanding of SAP payroll schemas, rules, and time evaluation.
Experience in end-to-end payroll implementations or rollouts (preferably for India).
Good understanding of Employee Central and integration with ECP via BIB or CPI.
Familiarity with Indian statutory compliance (PF, Client, TDS, PT, etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
