Mumbai Full Time 2 - 8 Years

We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant in Mumbai with 2-8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Compensation Management, Bonus/Variable Pay, Rewards, and Recognition processes. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules, ensuring seamless integration with HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities:-

As an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, you will:


Design and configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, and business rules. Manage bonus and variable pay programs, budgets, and reward frameworks. Create and maintain compensation statements, route maps, and templates. Ensure secure access using role-based permissions. Support HR teams with rewards & recognition processes. Work with ServiceNow ticket tool for issue resolution and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to align compensation processes with business strategy.

Must-Have Skills:-

2-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module. Strong knowledge of Compensation plan design, bonus/variable pay, and budget allocation. Hands-on experience with eligibility rules, route maps, role-based permissions, and business rules. Understanding of reward and recognition workflows. Good communication and analytical skills.

Education:-

Any Graduate (HR, IT, or Business preferred). SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is an added advantage.
