AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: This role will support AMD IT initiatives for HR and Payroll roadmaps. Through direct interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners, the person will help drive IT alignment with the team\'s goals and business needs. Provide guidance on HR business processes, from process design through to process execution. Provide advice on SuccessFactors integration in relation to the HR processes in scope. They will also play a key role in gathering business requirements and work alongside development teams for the successful execution of IT portfolio projects. THE PERSON: A successful candidate possesses demonstrated ability to understand the Success Factor\'s Employee Central architecture along with good analytical and problem solving skills to support the application. Good understanding of Integration capabilities between Success Factor and 3rd party applications using CPI and Success Factor tools. Be able to work with the business in documenting interface requirements and functional specification. The person should possess the desire to tackle additional responsibilities and learn a variety of business models or processes, such as IT project coordination and management. The person should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate and document business requirements and functional specification for inbound and outbound interface between payroll vendor and SuccessFactors. Coordination with business users, subject matter experts and developers globally (North America, EMEA and Asia). Build data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and testing scenarios. Assist in execution of project life cycle, including as-is and to be analysis, scope definition, process improvement and testing in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to facilitate meeting needs including determine meeting cadence, schedule calls, compose Minutes of Meeting, identify, and follow up on action items. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Between 8 to 10 years of experience in configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations Understand the concept of interface both inbound and outbound to third party applications. Experience working with Employee Central and HR cloud integrations. Functional skill in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a must and basic knowledge about payroll process a plus. Have experience in documenting requirements and functional specification for interfaces, including field mapping. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Visio a plus. Agile experience preferred.
