Must have Skills:
- Certification, Knowledge and experience of (one or more) following module
- Compensation
- Reporting
Should have knowledge of XML
Should have knowledge of EC as well SuccessFactors integration.
Good communication.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions.
- Conduct demo's.
- Convert requirements into Functional and technical documents.
- Configure the SF as per requirement.
- Test configured solution and resolve the testing issues.
- Provide updates to management and client regarding projects, tasks.
