SAP Commerce Spartacus Development lead, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and responsive Spartacus bases frontend solutions within the SAP Commerce platform.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and deep knowledge of headless commerce architecture.


Expected Tasks to be performed -

Develop and maintain frontend applications using

SAP Spartacus

, built on

Angular

and integrated with SAP Commerce Cloud via

OCC

APIs. Implement new UI components, features, and enhancements aligned with business requirements and UX/UI designs. Implement and enhance Frontend integrations with external systems (e.g. payment gateways, logistics, and other third-party services) Customize and extend Spartacus libraries and modules to fit specific project needs. Work closely with backend developers, UX designers, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration and high performance. Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility across various devices. Optimize application performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.

Mandatory Skills

Minimum 7 Years of Experience as SAP Commerce Spartacus Developer. Strong proficiency in

Angular

,

TypeScript

,

RxJS

, and

SCSS

. Solid understanding of

headless commerce concepts

and RESTful integration with SAP Commerce Cloud using

OCC APIs

. Experience with CMS-driven content (via Smart Edit or SAP CDC) and dynamic component rendering. Familiar with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) Business English
