We are hiring an experienced

SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant

specializing in

Operations and Implementation

.
This is a

remote, freelance

opportunity with a US-based organization, ideal for professionals who can independently manage tickets, provide expert-level SolMan support, and ensure smooth SAP operations during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

end-to-end support

for SAP Solution Manager Operations and Implementation. Configure and manage

ChaRM (Change Request Management)

,

System Monitoring

,

ITSM

, and

Solution Documentation

. Support

technical setup, landscape configuration, and system connectivity

. Troubleshoot issues related to

diagnostics agents

,

technical monitoring

, and

alert configurations

. Perform

system administration

, including upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning. Collaborate with

BASIS

and

functional teams

to ensure integrated process flow. Handle

incident and service requests

within defined SLAs. Maintain

detailed documentation

of configurations and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

8 years of experience

in SAP BASIS and Solution Manager (Operations & Implementation). Hands-on expertise in

ChaRM

,

ITSM

,

System Monitoring

, and

Root Cause Analysis

. Strong knowledge of

SAP Solution Manager 7.2

configuration and functionality. Experience with

landscape management

,

connectivity

, and

diagnostics agent setup

. Solid understanding of

SAP architecture

and integration with

HANA

and

non-HANA systems

. Excellent

analytical

,

problem-solving

, and

communication

skills. Ability to

work independently

during night shifts supporting global clients.

SAP Solution Manager certification

preferred.
