Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) within Solution Manager, ensuring efficient change lifecycle management, transport management, compliance, and audit readiness across SAP environments.Key Responsibilities

1Configure and support

SAP ChaRM

processes in Solution Manager.

2Manage the end-to-end change management lifecycle from creation to deployment.

3Coordinate transport management across multiple SAP landscapes.

4Troubleshoot and resolve ChaRM-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

5Ensure audit readiness and compliance with change control procedures.

6Prepare documentation, SOPs, and training materials for stakeholders.

7Support integration of ChaRM with external tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).Must-Have Qualifications17+ years hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM focus).2Expertise in configuring workflows, status switches, change cycles.3Strong understanding of SAP landscape architecture and transport management.4Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
