As an SAP Solution Architect and Configuration Specialist, you will comprehend CVS Health's materials, warehouse, inventory, distribution, and procurement processes, translating them into SAP-based solutions. The position involves leading projects and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project documentation, aligning with CVS Health's project management procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership and Implementation Oversight: Lead CVS Health's SAP Logistics projects, ensuring proper architecture, design, and overall successful implementation. Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality adherence.
Subject Matter Expertise: Offer expertise in core processes encompassing MRP, product costing, demand forecasts, strategic procurement, and the finance processes that support these modules.
Requirements Refinement and Validation: Refine and validate end-user requirements, providing feasibility assessments and recommendations for optimal solutions.
User Education and Business Process Improvement: Conduct user education on business process design and improvements, ensuring alignment with CVS Health's operational needs.
Test Design and Configuration: Design test cases and business use case scenarios, configuring SAP to suit specific business requirements.
System Integrity and Best Practices: Ensure system integrity by adhering to configuration and change request processes within SAP Solution Manager. Follow best business practices within the CVS Health community.
Required Qualifications:
SAP Configuration Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration within the MM, WM, IM, and SD modules on SAP ECC and in SAP S4/HANA.
Blueprinting and Test Execution: 3+ years of experience in blueprinting, unit, and regression test design and execution within SAP environments.
Project Experience: Participation in 3+ full Innovation, Modernization, and/or Transformation project lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Module Expertise: Strong preference for experience in FICO, PP or other SAP modules, especially within healthcare industries.
Supply Chain and Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics business processes.
Technical Aptitude: Strong technical acumen, capable of communicating complex technical concepts effectively to internal users.
Integration: Understanding of integration points across SAP modules in SAP ECC and SAP S4/HANA.
Leadership in Innovation: Demonstrated ability to lead innovation, modernization, and transformation projects, implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes and efficiency.
SAP Best Practices and Methodology: Knowledge of SAP best practices, SAP Implementation Methodology and Agile project management methodology.
Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate efficiently within a team environment.

Education:
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent. Alternatively, a verifiable H.S. Diploma / GED coupled with relevant work experience equivalent to the required educational background.
Certifications: SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred).
