Your Role

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutioning for global deals (EUR5M-EUR25M), coordinating with SMEs and solution teams.

Strategically position Capgemini's SAP offerings, aligning with client needs and competitive landscapes.

Drive solution strategy in collaboration with sales, account teams, and partners; present and defend solutions internally and externally.

Champion digital transformation initiatives using "New SAP" technologies (S/4HANA, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.).

Mentor architects, enhance solutioning capabilities, and drive innovation through PoCs, automation, and reusable assets

Your Profile

----------------

9+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in at least one core module (FICO, O2C, P2P, SCM, CRM) and strong integration knowledge.

Proven track record in pre-sales and leading large SAP deals (>EUR10M), including solution design, estimation, and commercial structuring.

Hands-on experience in SAP delivery management and implementation (5-7 years), with knowledge of S/4HANA and HANA architecture.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into business value; industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or Life Sciences.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience in global delivery setups and multilingual environments is a plus.
