Must-Have:
Experience in SAP BRIM, Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Convergent Charging (CC).
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP SMS.
SAP implementation and configuration
Understanding of SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, and other relevant modules.
Provide end-to-end support for subscription lifecycle management, including order creation, billing, and revenue recognition.
Good-to-Have:
Good to have management of Change and Problem
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Process Compliance & Improvement
Knowledge of subscription lifecycle processes and recurring billing models.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
