Looking for an SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management) + Compensation consultant with ~3 years of experience to configure, implement, and support the PMGM and Compensation modules. The consultant should have a strong understanding of HR performance management processes, integrate PMGM/Comp with other SuccessFactors modules, provide end-user training, and maintain system documentation.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors PMGM + Comp like performance management, goal setting, and compensation management.
Calibration process should aware.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Integrate PMGM module with other SuccessFactors modules
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration or integration issues
Provide documentation such as configuration guides and user manuals
Experience Level
Around
3 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors PMGM + Comp experience
Experience in
at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
Certification
SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is a plus
Mandatory to have their own laptop
