Key Responsibilities
Deliver
online instructor-led training
on SAP Service & Asset Management
Train participants on SAP modules such as:
SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
SAP CS (Customer Service)
Service Orders, Notifications, Work Orders
Asset Lifecycle Management
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
Explain
end-to-end business processes
with real-world examples
Conduct
hands-on practical sessions
using SAP systems
Share industry best practices and project scenarios
Provide training materials, exercises, and case studies
Support learners with doubt-clearing, assessments, and guidance
Assist students with
certification preparation
(if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in
SAP Service & Asset Management / SAP EAM / PM / CS
Minimum
5+ years of SAP functional experience
(including project exposure)
Prior experience as a
SAP Trainer or Corporate Trainer
preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner
Comfortable using online training tools (Zoom, Teams, LMS, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certification in EAM / PM / CS
Experience in
implementation, support, or rollout projects
Exposure to S/4HANA Asset Management
Experience training working professionals

SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
Online meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet)
