Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant (8-10 Years Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Basis Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience to manage, monitor, and optimize SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in SAP Basis administration, system upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and integration with various SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.)
• Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP system performance and implement tuning recommendations.
• Handle transport management and implement change management procedures.
• Perform system copies, backups, disaster recovery simulations, and high-availability setup.
• Support database administration (HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server) in coordination with DBAs.
• Manage user roles, authorizations, and security audits.
• Collaborate with functional and development teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and adhere to compliance/security standards.
• Coordinate with cloud/infrastructure teams for SAP on-prem and cloud-hosted solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Provide on-call support and participate in weekend or off-hours maintenance activities.
• MS SQL DB and PI/PO administration is must

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and associated components.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations (including cloud migration), and Solution Manager.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and tools.
• SAP certification (SAP Certified Technology Associate) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and web dispatcher.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) and/or SAP Data Services.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Shell scripting) is a plus.
