Essential Job Functions:

• Understand security requirements provided by business or project requirements. Design, develop & implement security solutions (SAP S/4, BW, Fiori, HANA, GRC) to meet these requirements using best practice methodology.
• Work on role change requets in SAP S4 / FIORI / GRC.
• Troubleshoot security related issues & deploy security fixes by updating the appropriate security roles & authorizations objects.
• HANA Application support incidents handling.
• Deploy security fixes by updating the appropriate security roles and authorizations objects.
• Complete tests in every system
• Determine conflicts of interest, excessive access, and impact of authorization combinations on access, using procedural tools like SAP GRC.
• Develop, recommend, and assess methods to remediate identified security concerns
• Analyse requirement, solution recomandation, apply change and deploy security fixes by updating the appropriate security roles and authorizations objects in in SAP / GRC/ FIORI lanscapes.
• Participate in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the team, including resolving service desk tickets, implementation efforts of any small and large projects with an emphasis on operational excellence.

• Experience : 3- 5 Years

Primary skills:

• S4 / ECC :

• User Administration
• Role Administration (Designing / enhancing the roles).
• Deep understanding of authorization objects, fields, and their usage.
• Transport Management
• Access troubleshooting skills.
• Test id management.
• Reporting roles management (BW / BPC)
• Fiori :

• Good Understanding on Catalog's and Group's
• Understanding of OData services and backend security access setup for Fiori apps
• Fiori Troubleshooting skills.
• HANA Security:

• Managing SAP HANA database security, including privileges (object, analytic, package).
• Working knowledge of SQL privileges, roles, and procedures.
• Troubleshooting HANA issues / Working DU movements.
• GRC :

• GRC Access Control for managing risks, including SoD analysis.
• User Access Review
• Emergency Access Management (EAM)
• Experience with workflows for user provisioning and role approval processes.
• Good to have skills

• Scripting knowledge in GUI / SECATT / LSMW (All ABAP systems)
• Mass activities related to user or role. (All ABAP systems)
• Managing Catalog / Groups. (Fiori)
• Process Control knowledge (GRC)
• Audit reviews (All systems)
• System upgrades.
• SolMan system management (ChaRM / Focus Build / etc

Required Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of security aspects across ECC, S/4 HANA, FIORI & BW landscapes
• Able to Run scripts and have basic knowledge on it: ECatt, SAP GUI Scripting, LSMW (Good to have)
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Security concepts; Expertise in design & implementation of complex security models.
• Experience in security design, configuration in SAP ERP, SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience with FIORI Security (Good to have).
• Experience with Business Objects security and SAP GRC (Access Control / EAM / UAR) - (Good to have)
• Knowledge of Security Auditing policies, critical authorizations, & objects
• Able to provide suggestion on current process being followed in team & help in improvement
• Ability to understand the processes and recommend on security level access that suits best.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are required for the timely resolution of complex customer issues.
• Ability to monitor and report on multiple deliverables with a focus on meeting/exceeding deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree / B-Tech.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Security role required along with specialized knowledge and/or experience in the end user technology environment.
• Preferred experience with S/4 HANA, ECC, BW, Fiori, GRC(Access Control) and hands-on expertise in these SAP environments.
• Experience should involve requirement analysis, troubleshooting security issues,supporting testing in order adhere to security compliance for geographies.
• Analyse requirement, solution recomandation, apply change and deploy security fixes by updating the appropriate security roles and authorizations objects across landscapes
• Proficiency in user management & role management

Good to have

• HANA Security Basic Knowledge
• Reporting Security Fundamentals & MDG Troubleshooting
• Experience with SAP implementation & upgrades
• Previous experience with Service-Now Ticket Handling & CHARM
