Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management). Work on

Order-to-Cash

processes including quotations, sales orders, delivery, invoicing. Handle

pricing procedures

, tax configurations, and discount structures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FICO, PP) for integration. Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with ABAP team. Conduct

unit testing, UAT

, and support go-live activities. Provide

post-implementation support

and resolve incidents within SLA. Document configurations and prepare user training materials.

Required Skills

Strong experience in

SAP SD configuration

and support. Knowledge of

integration points

with MM, FICO, and Logistics Execution. Hands-on experience in

pricing, credit management, and tax setup

. Exposure to

SAP S/4HANA SD

preferred. Good understanding of

business processes

in sales and distribution. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
