Job Description

Main Duties ? Providing 2nd level incident support in SAP Sales & Distribution

module with right quality and SLAs are met consistently

? Logistics execution will be an added advantage (Not Mandatory)

? Intensive collaboration with 3rd level, Technical and system

architects for resolving the incidents including writing specifications

as needed

? Maintaining service tickets with appropriate information

? Responsible for training / documentation for SAP Sakes &

Distribution

? Providing customized solutions in SAP with the development

support from both internal and externally.

? Knowledge in Customer Service Module or Field Service

Management would be an added advantage

? Overall responsible for smooth functioning of SAP Sales &

Distribution by providing timely solutions.


Qualifications

Education Required ? Any Technical/non Technical Degree

Areas of Expertise


? 4-6 years SAP experience supporting Sales & Distribution

? Experience in Concur support engagements

? Knowledge of overall Process is must

? Experience in providing input for development of Forms / reports

would be of benefit.

? Very good knowledge of English, verbal and written.

? Knowledge on ABAP Programming / Concepts is advantage

? Knowledge in Customer Service Module or Field Service

Management would be an added advantage

methodically.

? Is skilled in process-oriented thinking, possesses conceptual skills

and the ability to think analytically.

? Has the ability to quickly understand the requirement of the users
