Role: SAP SD Lead Consultant

Location: offshore middle east Dubai

Experience: 7+ Years

Notice Period: need joining by 15 sept

Salary Range :- 12 - 13.5 LPA

: 7+ years hands-on SAP SD experience (implementation, support, rollout); at least 2 E2E implementation projects as lead/team manager.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Lead Consultant with a strong background in logistics and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support, along with proven expertise in logistics processes and team management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of SAP SD experience including implementations and support with leadership responsibilities.

Deep understanding of SAP SD processes such as order to cash, pricing, shipping, and billing integrated with logistics and finance modules.

Proven experience in team management, mentorship, and resource planning.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse business audiences.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.

Proficient in preparing client-ready presentations and conducting training/workshops.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects and familiarity with logistics domain best practices are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

o?????SAP SD Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation and support of SAP SD modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), LE (Logistics Execution), and FI (Financial Accounting).

o?????Logistics Management: Oversee logistics processes including order processing, shipping, billing, and transportation management. Ensure efficient and effective logistics operations.

o?????Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success and professional development.

o?????CRs Management: Plan, execute, and monitor SAP SD CRs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

o?????Configuration and Customization: Perform configuration and customization of SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements. Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to implement solutions.

o?????Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of SAP SD solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

o?????Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP SD developments and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

o?????On-Call and Shift Work: Be ready to work on call for P1/P2 incidents and on shifts if required during weekends.

o?????SLA Compliance: Comply with SLA in terms of response and resolution targets.

o?????Knowledge Management: Capture and maintain the knowledge in ITSM tool and relevant repositories to ensure that team members and business users have access to up-to-date documentation and resources.

Qualifications:

o?????Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

o?????Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support, with a strong focus on logistics processes.

o?????Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of SAP consultants.

o?????Technical Skills: Strong functional configuration skills in SAP SD, including order processing, shipping, billing, and transportation management. Knowledge of integration points with MM, LE, and FI modules.

o?????Project Management: Experience in managing SAP SD projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

o?????Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

o?????Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

o?????Certifications: SAP SD certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

o?????Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC

o?????Knowledge of EDI, IDOC, and interfaces

o?????Experience in the ceramics manufacturing industry

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,350,000.00 per year
