Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Key Responsibilities


Agile Project Leadership: Served as SAP SD Consultant in Agile projects, driving innovative sales model configurations for online channels in Mercedes Retail of the Future (RoTF) project using the SaFE framework. Currently oversee deliverables for the Sales & Distribution module in the RoTF KR project within the SWT template.



Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Authored requirement documents for RoTF online sales addressing Italy and Spain markets in the CESAR template. Collaborated on business blueprint (BBP) creation and solution design for sales & distribution functionalities, propelling project initiatives.



Process Implementation: Developed new business models for MBSA (South Africa), introducing consignment processes and DFE interfaces. Implemented FIORI apps for sales order management for miscellaneous process, enhancing audit trails and invoicing efficiency.



Change Request Management: Oversaw line function CR management in the ordering area, achieving timely execution through proactive follow-ups with suppliers and market stakeholders, ensuring seamless business operations.



Team Leadership & Problem Resolution: Led SD teams in enhancement and support projects, managing problem resolution for recurring issues and ensuring smooth operations through effective communication and stakeholder coordination.



Global Delivery: Supported international projects, including UAT and go-live phases in South Africa and the Philippines, delivering customized reports, FIORI applications, and interfaces (IDOCs, EDI) for SAP SD IS-AUTO modules.



Technical Expertise: Configured enterprise structures, pricing, billing, and master data in SAP SD, with proficiency in LSMW, aATP, FIORI, and IS-AUTO systems, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
