Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to learners and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs covering all core SAP SD modules and ensuring learners acquire practical, hands-on skills for real-world application.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules.

Prepare course materials, presentations, and practical exercises.

Train participants on SAP SD functionalities such as:

Organizational structure in SD

Master Data (Customer, Material, Pricing)

Sales order processing

Shipping & Delivery

Billing & Invoicing

Credit Management

Integration with MM and FI

Provide hands-on training using live SAP environments or simulators.

Assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and projects.

Customize training content based on audience needs (corporate or individual).

Stay updated with the latest SAP SD updates and industry best practices.

Support learners with real-time project scenarios and troubleshooting.

Document and report training activities, attendance, and learner performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP SD module implementation or support.

Prior experience in delivering SAP SD training (online or classroom).

Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales and Distribution processes.

Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, PP, and FI modules.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD is a plus.
