Essential Job Functions:
Configuration and Customization:

• Setting up and customizing the SAP SD module in S/4HANA, including order management, delivery processing, billing, and pricing.

Integration:

• Designing and implementing solutions for integrating the SD module with other SAP modules like FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and Logistics Execution (LE).

Business Process Optimization:

• Working with business users to understand their requirements and optimize sales and distribution processes within the S/4HANA system.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Providing support for end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP SD processes.

Documentation:

• Creating and maintaining documentation for configurations, processes, and user training materials.

Staying Updated:

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommending process improvements.

Specific areas of expertise include:

• Order-to-Cash (OTC) Processes:

• Managing the complete sales cycle from order creation to delivery and billing.
• Pricing:

• Configuring and managing pricing procedures, including discounts, taxes, and special pricing conditions.
• Output Management:

• Configuring output documents like sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Credit Management:

• Managing customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Logistics Execution (LE):

• Managing shipping, transportation, and delivery processes.
• Intercompany Processes:

• Handling sales and billing processes between different company codes.
• Integration with other Modules:

• Understanding how SD integrates with other modules like FI, MM, and Production Planning (PP).

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ Years
• Functional expertise in SD module with 8+ years experience in
• implementation/support, upgrades & enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD:
• Experience in configuring and customizing the SD module, including experience with key functionalities and processes.

Strong understanding of business processes:

• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements related to sales and distribution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and other team members.

Problem-solving skills:

• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to SAP SD processes.

Project experience:

• Experience in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or support projects.

In addition to the core skills, may also require:

• Experience with specific functionalities:

• Like Advanced Intercompany Sales, Advanced Returns Management, or Advanced ATP.
• Experience with specific technologies:

• Like Fiori, BRF+, or cloud platforms.
