We are hiring an experienced

SAP SD Consultant

with strong functional knowledge in

Sales Order Processing, Billing, and Shipping

to join our global SAP support team.
This is a

remote, freelance

opportunity with a

US-based organization

, ideal for professionals who can efficiently manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide reliable SAP SD support during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve

SAP SD tickets

related to Sales Orders, Billing, and Shipping processes within SLAs. Configure and support SD functionalities including

order management, pricing, delivery processing, and invoicing

. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(FI, MM, PP, BASIS) for integration and process continuity. Troubleshoot issues related to

delivery creation, shipment tracking, billing documents, and pricing procedures

. Conduct

root cause analysis

for recurring issues and provide permanent resolutions. Maintain

clear documentation

for system configurations, process updates, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

8 years of hands-on experience

in SAP SD with expertise in Sales Order Management, Billing, and Shipping. Strong understanding of the

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

cycle and integration with other SAP modules. Proven experience in

ticket-based support

and production issue handling. Excellent

analytical, communication, and problem-solving

abilities. Ability to

work independently

during night shifts (9:00 PM - 9:00 AM IST).
