The Opportunity

We are seeking an expert

SAP SD Consultant

with a decade of experience to join a flagship digital transformation project for a major

International Airport

. As we transition our core systems from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, you will be responsible for re-imagining our revenue cycles--from aeronautical billing (landing/parking fees) to non-aeronautical revenue streams (retail, concessions, and real estate).

This is a high-impact, permanent role that combines technical architectural design with strategic business consulting in one of the most dynamic infrastructure environments in the world.

Key Responsibilities

S/4HANA Migration Lead:

Drive the functional conversion of Sales and Distribution (SD) modules from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to airport revenue operations.

Process Design (OTC):

Architect and configure end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Billing.

Aviation-Specific Customization:

Design solutions for complex airport billing scenarios, such as ground handling services, utility recharging for tenants, and passenger service fees.

Business Partner Conversion:

Lead the transition from traditional Customer Master data to the S/4HANA

Business Partner (BP)

approach.

Integration:

Ensure tight integration with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) for revenue recognition and SAP MM (Materials Management) for service procurement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for airport commercial and finance departments to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

10+ years of core SAP SD experience, with at least

two full-cycle S/4HANA migration/implementation projects

.

Technical Proficiency:

Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Sales simplifications, Advanced ATP (aATP), BRF+ for output management, and Fiori Sales apps.

Domain Expertise:

(Strongly Preferred) Experience in an

Airport or Aviation environment

. Knowledge of IATA standards or aviation billing systems is a significant advantage.

Migration Toolkit:

Hands-on experience with Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and managing "Brownfield" conversion challenges.

Soft Skills:

Proven ability to lead teams, manage C-suite expectations, and navigate complex, multi-vendor environments.

Work Location & Hybrid Model

This role follows a

50/50 split

to ensure work-life balance while maintaining the high-touch collaboration required for on-site airport operations:

50% Hybrid/Remote:

Based out of our corporate hubs in

Bangalore, Delhi, or Kolkata

50% On-site:

Presence required at our project site located

near Bangalore

(Devenahalli region) for critical milestones, testing phases, and go-live support.
