HIRING FOR SAP SD CONSULTANT- BANGALORE
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP SD module. You will work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP SD module including areas such as:
  • Sales Orders
  • Pricing and Discounts
  • Delivery Processing
  • Billing
  • Credit Management
  • Intercompany Sales
  • Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and fit-gap documentation.
  • Customize SAP SD processes as per business needs.
  • Design and test new business processes and SAP configurations.
  • Work on integration points with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM.
  • Provide end-user training, create documentation, and support UAT.
  • Support data migration and cutover activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues.
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and patch deployments.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments (as needed).
  • Maintain SAP SD system integrity and compliance with internal policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
  • Full-cycle SAP SD implementation experience (at least one end-to-end project).
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution.
  • Experience in integration with SAP MM and FI modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP IDocs and EDI interfaces (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP SD Certification.
  • Experience with S/4HANA (especially SD in S/4).
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or SolMan.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
