Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales, order management, pricing, shipping, and billing.
Configure and customize SAP SD module according to business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM, etc.) for integrated solutions.
Design and execute functional and integration test cases.
Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Prepare detailed functional specifications for custom developments.
