Lead design, development, and deployment of SAP SD solutions, optimizing order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and invoicing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and actionable system configurations.
Oversee the integration and implementation of SAP BRIM components, focusing on Subscription Order Management (SOM) to support recurring revenue and subscription-based business models.
Serve as the primary functional expert in SAP SD and BRIM SOM, guiding client workshops, solution mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
Support the end-to-end lifecycle for SD and BRIM SOM, including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live support, and hypercare.
Proactively identify and resolve integration issues between SD and BRIM modules, ensuring seamless flow across the entire O2C/Subscription order management landscape.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in SAP consulting, with a significant focus on SAP SD; proven exposure to BRIM (at least 2-4 years), specifically Subscription Order Management (SOM).
Expertise: Demonstrable hands-on proficiency in SAP SD (order management, pricing, billing, delivery, credit management); working knowledge of SAP BRIM components, especially SOM.
Integration: Strong understanding of business process design across SD and BRIM, including integration points with FI/CO, CRM, and other SAP modules.
Technical Skills: Ability to convert business requirements into SAP system configurations. Strong troubleshooting and solutioning skills.
Communication: Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
Certifications: SAP SD and/or BRIM certifications are highly desirable.
Domain Knowledge: Subscription models, recurring revenue streams, and digital sales channels preferred.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment and latest digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of other BRIM components (CI, Convergent Charging, etc.) is a plus.
