CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SCM APO Specialist position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Lead and support SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) initiatives across Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Production Planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, design end-to-end supply chain solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
Integrate APO functionalities with related systems and coordinate cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
Provide expert guidance to the offshore team for handling complex business or technical issues.
Conduct system testing, validation, and performance analysis to ensure solution accuracy and efficiency.
Support post-implementation activities, including training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
Skills:
15+ years of overall Supply Chain experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Demand and Supply Planning.
Strong background in SAP SCM APO modules, including Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP).
Proficient in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation leadership.
Excellent coordination skills with both client IT and business teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience guiding offshore teams in resolving critical business issues.
Experience:
Proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformation projects.
Prior experience integrating SAP APO with other enterprise systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, or Kinaxis).
Experience working in global delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $73.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
