Key Responsibilities
Planning Model Development
Develop and maintain SAC Planning models, stories, and input forms to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business requirements
Requirements Gathering & Implementation
Collaborate with FP&A, Controlling, and Accounting teams to capture planning needs
Translate functional requirements into effective SAC Planning applications
Data Integration & Validation
Support integration of SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and external systems
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
User Support & Training
Provide first-level support to business users on SAC Planning functionalities
Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user enablement sessions
Testing & Documentation
Participate in testing of new developments and enhancements
Maintain documentation of planning models, calculation logic, and process flows
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
Identify improvement opportunities in planning processes
Work with solution architects to align solutions with enterprise standards Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
2 4 years of experience in financial planning and performance management with hands-on SAC Planning exposure
Proficiency in:
SAC Planning models, stories, and input forms
Advanced formulas & allocation processes
Integration with SAP BW/4HANA & S/4HANA
Understanding of financial planning processes, KPIs, and reporting needs
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Good communication skills to engage with technical & business stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
SAP Analytics Cloud Planning certification
Experience in finance transformation projects
