Collaborate on the delivery of services and solutions to underpin the direction of the Region and demonstrate the value of I&O

Infrastructure Operations: Alignment on operational status, adjustments, roadmap and incident/problem management activities to drive stability and performance Collaboration to ensure alignment between Core and Edge in terms of overall service outcomes and the development of future requirements. Collaborate with SREs to drive improvements in SAP landscape architecture and design. Managed Service Provider, infrastructure vendors and Hosting Provider(s): Responsible for performance, Oversight of delivery and operations quality for the core ERP. Regional business stakeholders: Service Level Management (definition and reporting) and communication for change and crisis management. IT Procurement and Vendor Management for alignment on requirements and operational needs.
