Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment sssss/ Professional Services with a strong background in SAP hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our talent acquisition function, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to support our growing business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on recruitment experience, particularly in hiring for SAP and other enterprise technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs of with a focus on SAP and enterprise technology roles.
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for SAP professionals (e.g., SAP Functional/ Technical Consultants, SAPDevelopers, SAP Solution Architects, etc.).
Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify top talent.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
? Experience: 4-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on SAP hiring and
enterprise technology roles.
? Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and the talent
landscape in the IT/consulting industry.
Skills:
o Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
o Strong sourcing and networking skills.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
o Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
