Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various
SAP roles (functional & technical modules)
.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer management.
Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics for reporting.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate with
1-4 years of IT/SAP recruitment experience
.
Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ABAP, BASIS, FICO, SD, MM, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.
Hands-on experience with
job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with
target-driven approach
.
