Job Description

5-9 years of experience in RE-FX process design and configuration, application design, development, integration, testing and deployment. RE-FX configuration and integration with various SAP modules FI/CO, PM, PS, etc. Worked on Real Estate Objects (BE, BU, RO), Contracts, Conditions and Flows, Lease Accounting, Sales-Based Settlement, Service Charge Settlement, Balance-Sheet Valuation of Contracts, Option Rate Determination, and Input Tax Distribution. Worked on RE-FX Planning, Settlements and Report Profile. Support the business in existing SAP RE-FX solutions internal teams with expert knowledge and Integrations advice wherever needed. Ongoing Support and ticket resolution saving SLA metrics in the topics like Pooled Space, Rental space and Rental units, Contract management, etc. Provide support per request to the users to optimise the SAP usage within business community. Ensure architectural conformance by projects and BAU activities to visions and standards. Partner and collaborate with other teams to deliver a holistic IT Service Management program with a coordinated set of continuous improvement initiatives. Develop key relationships with IT Service Managers to effectively deliver outcomes. Work within management structure to provide thoughtful suggestions to leadership, road map and strategic direction. Assist the business in, testing, cutover, and Support activities to successfully deliver new initiatives in functional expertise. Primary Skill SAP RE Real Estate Management.
