Job Title: Application Lead
Location: Pune
Must have skills: SAP Quality Management (QM)
Minimum experience required: 7.5 years
Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, building, and configuration of applications while acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the entire application development process, manage team performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership skills and expertise in application development are essential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME)
- Collaborate with and manage the team's performance
- Make and oversee team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for your team and across multiple teams
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications
- Act as the primary contact for application-related matters
- Ensure the successful implementation of applications
- Manage the entire application development process
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-have skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms
- Solid knowledge of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization
Additional Information:
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) is required
- This position is based in our Pune office
- A full-time education of at least 15 years is required
