JD : Exp: 10+ years Location: Offshore Job Experience Requirements: Must be proficient in the SAP Customer Service module Must be proficient in the following business processes and their mapping into SAP: Technical Objects - Equipment Field service - Notifications, Service Orders, Advance Shipment, Returns Depot Repair and Billable Services Service Contracts Experience in integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM and FICO Experience in third party Integration with SAP Service orders Must have delivered one or more full cycle implementation/rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems Job Responsibilities: Work with on-site team members, onsite key users, and managers, to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation Responsibilities: Ticket Resolution, SAP Configuration, interfaces, and mass data updates using LSMW.
