Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Lead and manage full-cycle SAP PS implementations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout project phases.
SAP PS Configuration
Configure and customize SAP PS master and transactional data, including:
Project Definitions
WBS Structures
Networks and Network Profiles
Ensure accurate setup aligned with business processes.
Solution Design
Prepare detailed functional specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow).
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate development and testing.
Integration
Ensure smooth integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules, including:
Finance (FI)
Controlling (CO)
Sales and Distribution (SD)
Materials Management (MM)
HR (CATS), where applicable
Project Planning
Support creation of project plans and provide inputs for scope definition.
Participate in blueprinting, requirement gathering, and process workshops.
Business Process Optimization
Analyze, map, and optimize client business processes within SAP PS.
Recommend improvements and design solutions aligned with best practices.
Financial Processes
Manage and support processes related to:
Project Cost Planning
Revenue Planning
Budgeting
Results Analysis
Revenue Recognition
Ensure accuracy of financial postings and settlements.
Training and Support
Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users.
Provide ongoing support during UAT, go-live, and post-production phases.
Data Migration and Upgrades
Participate in data migration efforts involving project-related objects.
Support system upgrades and S/4HANA transition activities related to SAP PS.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience
Minimum 6+ years of SAP PS experience, ideally 7-10 years.
Hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA

Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
