Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Project Leadership:


Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Project Systems (PS) implementations, serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

SAP PS Configuration:


Configure and customize SAP PS master data and transactional data, including Project Definitions, WBS structures, networks, and network profiles.

Solution Design:


Develop detailed functional specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) to address specific business requirements.

Integration Management:


Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with related SAP modules, such as

Finance (FI)

,

Controlling (CO)

,

Sales & Distribution (SD)

, and

Materials Management (MM)

.

Project Planning & Execution:


Contribute to project planning, scope definition, and scheduling activities. Provide expert input for risk assessment and resource allocation.

Business Process Optimization:


Analyze client business processes and map them to SAP PS functionalities to deliver optimal and efficient solutions.

Financial Processes:


Oversee project cost planning, budgeting, revenue planning, and revenue recognition processes in SAP PS.

Training & Support:


Conduct user training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing post-implementation support to end users.

Data Migration & System Upgrades:


Support data migration and participate in SAP system upgrades and enhancements related to the PS module.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Education:


Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:



Minimum

7-10 years

of experience in

SAP Project Systems (PS)

, including hands-on expertise with

SAP S/4HANA

. Proven track record of

end-to-end SAP PS implementations

for both

capital

and

customer-based projects

.

Technical Skills:



Strong configuration knowledge of

WBS

,

Networks

,

Cost Planning

,

Budgeting

,

Project Procurement

, and

Timesheets (CATS)

. In-depth understanding of

Results Analysis

,

Version Management

, and

Project System Reporting

. Experience with

RICEF

development processes. Strong integration knowledge with

FI/CO

,

SD

,

MM

, and

HR (CATS)

modules.

Soft Skills:



Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership, collaboration, and organizational capabilities.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,600,000.00 per year
