We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SAP Project System (PS) Faculty to train and mentor students/professionals in SAP PS. The faculty will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions, developing course materials, guiding learners on real-time scenarios, and preparing them for professional careers in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive training sessions on SAP Project System (PS) concepts, configuration, and integration.
Prepare curriculum, lesson plans, training materials, and case studies tailored to learner needs.
Explain end-to-end business processes including project planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and closure in SAP PS.
Provide hands-on training on project structures (WBS, Networks, Milestones), cost planning, resource planning, billing, and reporting.
Guide learners on integration of SAP PS with FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR modules.
Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP PS functionalities, S/4HANA changes, and industry practices.
Mentor students on real-world project scenarios and best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) module with real-time project implementation/support experience.
Knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle management in SAP.
Familiarity with S/4HANA PS functionalities will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured way.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering / Management / IT / Commerce or related fields.
SAP PS certification preferred.
Prior experience in teaching/training will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in SAP PS implementation/support.
At least 1-2 years of training/teaching experience
