Job Description

:

Project Management + Lead and manage full life-cycle SAP projects, including S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, and migration projects.
+ Develop and execute project plans, timelines, resource allocations, budgets, and risk management strategies.
+ Oversee integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
Team Leadership. + Lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, testers, and business analysts.
+ Mentor junior project managers and team members.
Quality & Compliance. + Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
+ Apply SAP Activate or other recognized methodologies for project execution.
SAP HANA Expertise. + Drive HANA migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA) including system conversion and data migration strategies.
+ Collaborate with Basis and functional teams to ensure optimal HANA performance and architecture design.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and that financial targets are met.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years in SAP project delivery, with at least 4-5 years in SAP S/4HANA projects. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, data migration, and integration points. Proficient in SAP Activate, ASAP, or Agile/Hybrid project management frameworks. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage C-level stakeholders. PMP / PRINCE2 preferred; SAP S/4HANA certifications a plus. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, retail, or utilities. Familiarity with SAP BTP and integration tools.
