8-18 years of total experience, with at least 6-8 years in SAP project management.
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
Proven experience managing mid-to-large SAP programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification (preferred).
Experience working with global teams is an advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Delivery
Lead full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, rollout, support).
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and quality control.
Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to gather requirements and align expectations.
Manage cross-functional SAP consultant teams across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, ABAP, Basis, etc.).
Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and steering committee presentations.
Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
Functional & Technical Understanding
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration across modules.
Ability to review functional/technical specifications and provide guidance.
Support the team with requirement clarification and solution validation.
Quality, Governance & Compliance
Ensure project governance, documentation, and adherence to SAP best practices.
Drive UAT, SIT, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
Establish change management and training plans.
