: SAP Project Manager (Entertainment & Music Industry) Location: India ( Remote) Position Type: Full-Time Rate : DOE About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SAP Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformative SAP solutions for our prestigious global clients in the dynamic entertainment and music industry. This role is central to our mission, requiring a professional who is fundamentally focused on delivery--ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key point of contact, bridging the gap between complex SAP technology and the unique business processes of the entertainment world. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the entire project lifecycle for SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful closure. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders (including business users, executives, and artists' management teams) and our internal technical/functional teams. Manage expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication. Scope, Time, and Budget Management: Develop detailed project plans, manage project scope meticulously, track milestones, and control budgets to ensure profitable and on-schedule delivery. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans to keep the project on track in a fast-paced environment. Industry-Specific Solutioning: Apply your understanding of SAP solutions to address industry-specific challenges such as royalty management, intellectual property (IP) rights, digital content distribution, licensing, and tour management. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements, adhering to best practices in project management and SAP methodology (e.g., Activate, Agile/Waterfall). Required Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end SAP projects. Demonstrable experience working with clients in the entertainment, media, or music industry is highly preferred. Understanding of industry-specific business processes is a significant advantage. Strong expertise in core SAP modules; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. A "get-it-done" attitude with an unwavering focus on delivery and overcoming obstacles. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. SAP Certified Associate - Project Management. Direct experience with SAP solutions relevant to media/entertainment (e.g., SAP for Media, Royalty Accounting, etc.).
