Role - SAP Project Manager

Location: Remote (need to go for Kochi at time of Implementation)

Experience: 8 - 18 Years

Time: 6 30 AM to 3 30 PM

Must-Have Skills (Experience: 12-17 Years)

SAP Project Management:

Extensive hands-on experience leading full lifecycle SAP projects, including S/4HANA (RISE/GROW) implementations, ECC upgrades, rollouts, and cloud transformation initiatives using SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

Technical Expertise in SAP Solutions:

Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors, with proven experience managing integrations and digital transformation programs across complex SAP landscapes.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors and partners, conduct steering committee meetings, and drive alignment between business goals and SAP solution delivery.

Risk, Budget & Governance Management:

Expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, dependency management, and governance through KPIs, dashboards, and structured reporting.

Communication & Problem-Solving Skills:

Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities to handle escalations and ensure smooth execution of high-impact SAP programs.
