About the department

ART Supply Chain works continuously to support a strong delivery of products by developing and maintaining future IT solutions to provide a supply chain advantage for Novo Nordisk. The department consist of Specialist and Business analyst with specialized skills in SAP, system management practices and solid knowledge in manufacturing domain. ART operates within an agile environment and closely collaborates with other teams. The ART\'s focus is on various aspects of Novo Nordisk\'s supply chain operations, such as cold chain monitoring, warehouse management, plant maintenance, and serialization to comply with regulatory requirements. The ART provides support for production planning, quality management, and global batch traceability systems. They also work on integrating Novo Nordisk\'s systems with external trading partners and implementing SAP ECC at new sites. This team is responsible for maintaining the system in GxP areas, providing 24/7 support for incidents and requests, and enhancing and fixing bugs in the existing functionalities.

The Position:

As SAP Product Manager you are responsible for:

  • Prepare and drive the definition of product vision and roadmap: you will work with stakeholders to establish the product vision and drive the execution of the vision with the ART. Work with customers, end users, suppliers, marketing and sales and other stakeholders to build the product/Program Increment (PI) roadmap for the program and communicate this to ART and stakeholders on a continuous basis.
  • Build, prioritize and maintain Program Backlog: you will be responsible for ensuring that the Program Backlog is up to date with input from the Agile Teams, System Architects and stakeholders. you will elaborate on features and define ART guardrails and capacity allocations
  • Align with stakeholders and Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure product viability: you shall collaborate with stakeholders to understand key drivers for deliveries to enable ongoing prioritization and content elaboration. you will Clarify and coordinate dependencies with other Product Managers, external stakeholders, and Agile teams, and collaborate with these to visualize and prioritise features accordingly
  • Understand \xe2\x80\x9ctechnical enabler work\xe2\x80\x9d: work with the ART and other stakeholders to understand \xe2\x80\x9ctechnical enabler work\xe2\x80\x9d to be able to prioritize and clarify when needed
  • Contribute in ART events: as a member of the ART leaders team, work proactively with the Release Train Engineer to ensure that the ART events fulfil their purpose. Prepare and participate in PI planning and PI execution. work with Business Owners and the Agile Teams to define PI objectives and clarify features and priorities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with 12+years in IT.
  • Strong business insight and knowledge is required in relation to products, roadmaps etc.
  • Tech. expertise in SAP project management (5 years).
  • 5+ year experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge on Agile tools e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOps.
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
