- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance team performance
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management, SAP PLM Recipe Management
- Strong understanding of SAP PLM functionalities
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP PLM modules
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules
- Hands-on experience in SAP PLM implementation projects
