We're Hiring: SAP PPQM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to lead and support SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management initiatives. This role involves end-to-end implementation, business process optimization, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead SAP PP module implementations, enhancements, and support projects in S/4HANA environments
Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirement gathering for planning, production execution, and shop floor integration
Configure SAP PP submodules including:
Demand Management (DM)
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work Centers and Routings
Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning
KANBAN and Repetitive Manufacturing (as applicable)
Design and implement MTO, MTS, and ETO manufacturing scenarios
Collaborate with QM, MM, SD, PM consultants for integrated end-to-end solutions
Provide guidance during data migration, SIT/UAT testing, go-live, and hypercare
Prepare functional design documents and work closely with ABAP teams for custom developments
Train and support business users and key stakeholders
Stay updated with S/4HANA innovations and recommend industry best practices
Required Skill Set
6-8 years of experience in SAP PP, with at least 1-2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations
Strong understanding of production planning processes in discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing
In-depth knowledge of MRP, planning strategies, order types, and production execution
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA PP functionalities and Fiori apps
Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and CO
Experience working with Agile or SAP Activate methodology
Excellent problem-solving, client handling, and communication skills
Ability to lead workshops, manage teams, and handle stakeholders independently
SAP Certified Application Professional - SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing (preferred)
